A hyperlocal grocery delivery platform designed for the Pakistani market, connecting customers with neighborhood shop owners through a multi-portal system that includes real-time order tracking, multiple payment options including JazzCash and Easypaisa, and a distributor network for wholesale supply chain management.

Challenge
Pakistan's grocery retail is dominated by small neighborhood shops with no digital presence. Customers lack convenient ordering options, shop owners have no tools for inventory or delivery management, and there is no unified platform connecting the local grocery supply chain.
Our Approach
Solution
Built a multi-portal hyperlocal delivery platform with dedicated interfaces for customers, shop owners, delivery drivers, distributors, and platform administrators. Integrated JazzCash and Easypaisa for mobile payments, Socket.io for real-time order tracking, and a distributor portal enabling wholesale supply chain digitization.
