A comprehensive restaurant management SaaS ecosystem consisting of six interconnected applications that digitize the entire food service operation from customer ordering through kitchen preparation to back-office management and financial reporting.

Restaurants operate with disconnected tools for ordering, kitchen management, inventory, staff scheduling, and customer engagement. This fragmentation leads to order errors, inventory waste, missed insights, and poor customer experience.
Our Approach
Solution
Built a unified six-app ecosystem connecting tablet ordering, kitchen display, staff management, customer PWA, restaurant dashboard, and super admin portal through a shared database with real-time synchronization. Inventory auto-deducts on order confirmation, and AI analytics surface actionable operational insights.
