Do you handle the billing and subscription plumbing correctly?+
Yes. We set up Stripe (or Paddle / Lemon Squeezy) subscription billing with proper plan management, proration on upgrades/downgrades, failed payment retries, dunning emails, VAT handling for UAE tenants, invoice generation, and webhooks driving product access. This is the unglamorous 20% that sinks most MVPs when done hastily.
Multi-tenant — shared DB or database-per-tenant?+
We recommend based on your security and scale needs. Shared database with row-level tenant filtering is cheaper and works for most SaaS starting out. Database-per-tenant or schema-per-tenant matters when tenants demand isolation for compliance (e.g. healthcare, finance). We'll walk you through trade-offs on the first call.
